I had signed MOU in Oct 2012 and my husband and I have decided to withdraw our cases and then we will take mutual divorce but after that I had removed divorce case and my 498a is on that stage in which he have appear for withdrawal and he is not appearing so court ordered arrest war rent two months back and he is not sending any proof of his case with drawl at his place .still nothing going on please suggest what to do ?

You be cool. You have agreed to withdraw the cases. If he is not coming forward, it is his headache. Just wait and watch.
