M.Sheik Mohammed Ali (Expert) 13 August 2013
yes you can go mutual divorce, but your marriage should be completed 1 yr, after that the court will consider, but you can file now but you wait for some more time.
ajay sethi (Expert) 13 August 2013
wait for 4 months . visit a marriage counsellor in the meantime
Nadeem Qureshi (Expert) 13 August 2013
if the matter is a exceptional case then you can file the divorce case now without wait with application u/s 14 of HMA
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 13 August 2013
Better wait for another 4 months and proceed.
V R SHROFF (Expert) 13 August 2013
You need to live separately for a minimum period of 1 year.
