Sir order given by trial court ex party 10000 per month in 125 cr pc then respondent go to direct in high court for rivision then court says 50% amount paid then stay then he widral the case & then he apply to triel court in 127 for stay sir can is this possible trial court giving stay on recovery case

you can file petition for revision of ex parte order in the same trial court or go for appeal.
