As a tenant how much fees do i need to pay to the preparer of a tenancy agreement?
I am taking a flat on rent at rs.6000.
Does anyone prepare this type of agreement here in kolkata?

Your query is vague since you want to know court fee or legal charges/fees or stamp duty, or registration fees, since no court fees for preparation of the document of tenancy agreement, second no fixed amount for legal fees for preparation of rent agreement, whereas last two are state subject, which one you want to know?

There is no requirement for the registration of the agreement as the same is for the period below 11 months, however, the stamp duty vary from state to State.
