dear sir madam,
i am only son of my father n my mother died last year i want to make will deed with my
father of both movavable n immovable property
inculding cash during his life and n after his death so that this deed or aegreemeent is not transerfabele to any person in any circumstances and situtation n ihave two sister also but they are married and iam confirmed that thet be not claim for any thing in future .is it possible

our father can execute WILL in your favour of all property self acquired by him. [no ancestral prop]

However, your father can make a will in favor of any one, for his self acquired property.
