Cancellation of mutation

my brother sold a land which was allocated to me according to oral partition document (aukhota).he sold the land by producing a false oral partition document.the party who bought the land got it mutated and is in possession of the land from last five years. can the mutation be cancelled and can i get the possession of land

If you have got the knowledge of the fraud committed by your brother recently the you can definitely file such suit.
