Dear Experts,
one of my friend's father joined in a plots scheme by paying Rs.15oo/-per month for 20 months in 1995.and paid the all installments up to date and did not have the Regd.Deed of the plot due to his illiteracy and innocence. Recently my friend came to know that the receipts are in his house when he is searching for other documents.At that time my friend was studying 7th class.Now my friend asked the scheme owners they are telling that original owner died and his heirs are telling that we don't know.is there any possibility to file a case in the consumer forum by filing a con donation delay petition sirs.THANQ.

Was there any agreement? What is the status of the other members of the scheme?
Any remedy appears to be remote because the heirs of the deceased owner are only liable for the benefits, if any, they had inherited.

Sir,
There is no agreement but receipts are there and other members got registered their plots long back and there in possession and enjoyment.the legal heirs are having some plots in the same area and kept vacant.if the want to allot the plot they can allot. hence my question is can we file a petition before the hon'ble consumer forum by fling a condo nation delay petition. thanq.
