Rent agreement expired 32 years ago

My Grandmother let out a shop to a person under rent agreement for 11 months, 33 years ago.

Rent Agreement was not renewed but tenant is in possession since last 33 years ago.
He was duly paying rent and Rent Receipt was being issued every month.

Since last 3 months he is not coming to open the shop and it remains closed all the days. He has also not paid rent since last 4 months.

Query :

Whether can my Grand mother can file a Suit of Eviction against him?

yes he can file a eviction petition before court(Rent controller) on the ground of non payment of Rent
