I have Purchase a Dilapidated Approx 65 years House Measuring Approx 1900 Sqft from Archana Paul & Others in Howrah West Bengal. There is Four Rooms in Ground Floor & Four Room in First Floor. Out of Eight Room The 4 tenants occupies 6 Rooms and They are nothing to pay any rent since last five year to Archana Pal & Ors. The One Tenants deposit rent in Rent Control Name Mouni Mohan Das. Mr Das made his own House, and residing since last two year but he is occupies one rooms forcefully. The Balance Three Tenants Demanding us huge Amount to vacate the Rooms. The Registry done in the month of September 2012 and Muted in Municipality december 13th My Question is Can I Evict Mr. Das & Others Tenants if yes How Much Time will Take. I also Know About What Legal Action Take against Mr. Das ? I Contact Loacl Advocate Regarding This Matter But the Answer is Not Satisfactory if any Advocate Kindly Inform Me with Cell No. & Fee

Since you are now the owner of the house, you have stepped into the shoes of earlier landlord.
So you can very much file a case for eviction of those tenants.
In WB the eviction suits do take some tie to see final result.
