Original document post redevelopment

Dear Sir,
Our society had undergone redevelopment and we have got possession in October 2012. We are awaiting original documents from developer, kindly let us know the list of original documents that we are supposed to collect from developers.

occupation certificate from BMC , building plans duly sanctioned by BMC , license to operate lift , etc
