Dear Sir/Madam,
In my property which is on my name (7/12 and all other legal documents) there is a home which is built for god that means it is for all group of family.This home is on the name of my grand father (in long relation not blood relative) now before the 4 months ago he sale this home to third person and such transaction is know me now when i go to pay local grampanchayat home tax.But the all land (7/12 extract)is on my name.so please suggest how can i keep my home return or what can i do?

contact a local lawyer . if the house in your property is owned by your grand father he can dispose it . necessary to see all documents to advise further

Ajayji,that person is not my blood relative and he have no any rights in my property but the that house which is on his name as care taker but how he can sale it to another person without my consent.

in your query you had mentioned that your house was in name of your grand father . hence in reply suggested that he can sell the house . now you have clarified that he is only a care taker . if so you can challenge sale of house by care taker

in your query you mentioned house is in name of grand father ( not a blood relative). now you have stated he is caretaker of house . if he is not the owner he has no rights to dispose the house . you can file suit channeling sale of house by care taker
