Sir, Namaskar!
We 3 sisters & 3 brothers want to divide 6 acre land in to six equal part. Our land belongs to mahar watan, Naveen Shart & have one Gat No.
( Land Address - Near saswad, Tal Purandar, Pune.)
1) we are ready to pay Government nazarana & all Expenses. how many time/mony required approximately for pay nazarana ?
2) can we divide Land in to six part ?
if yes.
then what the process & from which office & how many time/money required approximately ?
3) if no.
then how we can divide our land for separate Taba & Hakka
4) one sister & one Brother want to sell land. others not.
then how we can manage every sisters & brothers ?

if you people have legal right then you can partition the land with all.once the division over then the owner of the property can sell as their wish. Better to consult the local lawyer for it

please help us to know that Do we have legal Right to partition.
We are ready to do partition.
Can We do partition deed before pay nazarana?
because one sister & one Brother want to sell their part now & pay nazarana. others want to pay nazarana after some time & sell their part after some time.
