SIR/MADAM, THIS IS VERY NOBLE SERVICE PROVIDED BY YOU THANKS A TON FOR THAT. OURS IS IMMOVABLE HUF PROPERTY LOCATED IN MUMBAI SUBURBAN AREA .MY FATHER DIED IN 1984 AFTER THAT OUR BROTHER PUT ALL SIBLINGS 3 SISTERS 2 BROTHERS AND MOTHERS NAME ON PROPERTY CARD. IS IT ENOUGH . SHOULD WE GET OUR PROPERTY PROBATE OR GET LETTER OF ADMIN.FROM COURT OF LAW.HOW TO DO THIS AND HOW MUCH TIME IT WILL TAKE?

Dear Querist
if there is no dispute between all of you then execute a family settlement Deed and registered in Sub-registrar office.
second option is file a civil suit for partition before civil court and get order/decree from the court, but court proceeding is a lengthy procedure and expensive too.
