my brother is in tention as he living alone from parents.as wife is living in her parents house..he thinks she can file FIR in 498 A.

PLEASE tell me how can we come to know someone has filed an FIR against us?

can we take AB before FIR or only after FIR?

I WILL BE HIGHLY OBLIGED..

you have to obtain AB only after FIR is lodged .

Ajay sir thankuu so much..pls tel me one thing very much needed that how can my bro know FIR has beeb registered against him so that he can hide or obtain AB?

Where are you from? In some states there is provision for Notice Bail.

You may take help of some relative well in contact with your in laws, to inform you about their steps and on information may proceed accordingly after advice from your lawyer.
