Normal conveyance of hsg. soc. from builder

Builder is offering normal conveyance of Soc.buildings and asking for Draft Conveyance from Society. We do not know exact are consumed by Society, FSI including Open space,garden etc. in building compound.my queries are:
1] Society is obliged give Draft of Conveyance or Builder has to give for sig.
2] Shall grateful if Format of Normal Conveyance on E-mail : jeevansci@yahoo.com
3] Brief proceeure to transfer Land & Building on Soc. name on Property Card.
4] Any Stamp duty has to be paid if any member has not paid or insufficiently paid.
Answers are requested to match my answers and Satisfy myself.Thans

draft conveyance is always prepared by Builder and forwarded to society . builder charges the society conveyance charges .
request the builder to do the needful .
we dont provide any ready formats

What is to be made over to society in the compound only builder will know. Builder makes it known to society through draft conveyance and it is the responsibility of the society to verify the contents of the draft and approve it to avoid any disputes later on

As rightly opined by expert Mr. Thyagarajan, it is the builder who is responsible to prepare the draft for conveyance and should forward it for the approval of the society, hence it is the problem of the builder, dont worry about the draft.
