Thank you Mr Tibrewal for your response. Can you kindly tell me how can i delete her name?
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 24 June 2014
If the POA authorises him to do so, there is nothing wrong in his such act. Once the commitment is made as per the POA deed by the agent, such action is irrevocable. If you don't like to delegate the power to him anymore, you can very well revoke the deed by issuing a legal notice to him about it. About demat account issue, if you don't like it anymore you seek the alternative to get her name deleted or you withdraw from it.
