Dear All
We are to start a Software firm that would cater to the requirements of clients abroad mainly USA as of now. Please suggest what are the legal requirements and registrations that need to be done before the start up of the job.

If you are going to export the software to your US client, you have to comply with some formalities.

Take the help of a an auditor or an advocate.

There are certain Legal compliance which you need to follow, such as incase of labour law you will have to take SHops and Establishment registration, PF, ESI. Apart from this you will have to procure Service Tax registration.
