Sir,
I have joined an Autonomous organisation constituted under NIT act through proper channel after getting NOC and relieving order from my previous employes ie. RRVPNl-PSU.

My basic at RRVPNL was Rs. 10,670/-

Am i eligible to get my basic pay protected in new organisation?

Depends upon if the Government of India Orders on the issue have been adopted by the Board of the NIT.
