d v case filed on me by wife. now also we stay in house which is on and my brother name. i want to remove my name from ownership. to remove wife.house was purchase before marrige.

You can execute a deed of gift or deed of release in favour of anyone he chose.

execute gift deed in favour of brother . however you cannot remove your wife from house . she can claim right to stay in matrimonial home or alternative accommodation from husband . she can also obtain stay against husband creating third party rights in property
