regarding caste certificate

Sir recently in Bihar my caste(tanti) get included into sc category, earlier it was in obc category. So, can I apply in sc category in forth coming examinations of ibps and ssc? I am confused becz it was done by state govt. But in central list my caste is still in obc category.

SC list can be updated only by central govt.
