I'm married in 1994, and I'm the only legal heir survived out of three children ie my elder sister, elder brother and last me born in 1975, my father is alive and I have step mother, now do I have share in my father's own earned property.?? Now my step mother is forcing my father to make a will of all property owned by my father on her name and she do not have any children, do I have rights to claim my share.? If yes how.?

As it is the self earned property of UR father it is his discretion to distribute it.Only after his demise it will be divided equally between U and UR step mother.Right now U cannot claim UR share.

Presently you have no right, your father has right to sell / mortgage / gift / will it to any body he likes. If your father expires intestate, you with legal hairs of your brother / sister and widow would have share in the property as legal heir.

Agreed with experts. You do not have any right over the self-acquired property of your father. He is free to deal with it in whatever way he likes as long as he is alive.
