Delay for hearing

i have filed a suit for permanent injunction order.
it is getting delay for hearing,judge remains frequently on leave.
if i can write to department of justice & legal affairs for this matter.
i want this case to be disposed off early.
if there is any other way so that the court may here it earliest and disposed it off.

Though it is usual affair but in cases of appropriate facts directions for expedited hearing can be sought from High Court.

Civil cases normally take 5-7 years in decision. You may prey to High Court for early hearing directions through petition.
