Freedom fighter allotment

Government has allotted plot at Jawaharnagar village of Shameerpet Mondal to my Grand Father who is a Freedom Fighter. My Grand Father has given some one for enquiring about this plot and he is kept his side for long time. We found and got this GOVT memo issued document from him. This MEMO is issued in 1999.
Please find below my queries:
1. How I will get the details about plot details. In this MEMO, it’s not mentioned any survey number and plot details.
2. Where we can get the copies of those allotment clear details like Survey number, plot other details etc.
Kindly respond to my queries and help us to retain our plot.

Do you have the copy of the memo. if so you can take the copy of the memo and go to the concerned office from where the memo was issued to find out the details.

Thanks Much Rajagopal. This is issued By Collector Office, Ranga Reddy District. If you have any idea where exactly I will check this? Thanks You in advance.
