Dissolution of marriage Act

My husband has filed a divorce case against me under cruelty act from bangalore and I wanted to transfer it to chennai since I reside here. What is the actual procedure and what should I do to get the case transferred to chennai since I am not in a position to go to Bangalore. Please advice

Section 25 of the Code of Civil Procedures allows the Supreme Court to Transfer Such Cases from one state to another. You could File it Only in Supreme Court and could obtain Stay in Bangalore Court for further Proceedings till the Transfer Petition in Supreme Court gets completed.

If it is not possible then is it possible to explore possibility of MCD.
