Conversion to NA land

Hi, we three sisters r given 17 gunha each agricultural land near singhgadh pune by our dad. It does have a traditional access road to it. We want to make it NA and make smaller plots and sell them.Kindly tell us
What is the procedure and how much conversion fees will b required ?

Maharashtra Land Revenue Code 1966 is largely amended almost 12/14 amendments took place in 2 and 1/2 year and lot simplified, but there are various factors too required to be analyzed before taking steps, and all procedure which was adopted 3 years back is not adopted now, but if rules /latest GR has not reached that office or some rules preparation are pending at secretariat then it may take time but MLRC is amended . I will suggest you take professional help because lot cheating is done at both end market and in govt offices too in this regards.
