Discuss with your wife about divorce by mutual consent that will help her to get married to her uncle with whom she's intimate till date.
Getting divorce otherwise will be quite difficult and messages you talk will not be sufficient .

Sorry sir, more 2 points are there forget to give, 1)his ankul already married & 2)she demands 10laks for mutual consent.

Try to workout for divorce by mutual consent, amount of Rs10 Lakhs may be higher but you try out bring the down the amount with her, as its best option available to you. The uncle may be married, for that you can tell his wife about his misadventures so that she can pull his legs. I feel let your wife and uncle unite one day in marriage at least you and his wife will be free from both these creatures.

To liberate from such spouse the prospective considering of MCD at acceptable terms is a workable idea.

Which personal law applies in your case?

Try to gt irrefutable evidence of adultery also.

Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 24 December 2017
