(Querist) 03 February 2018 This query is : Resolved
which sections of IPC are applicable in case of tampering of attendance muster?
Dr J C Vashista (Expert) 04 February 2018
What has been taught to you in class?
mukund (Querist) 05 February 2018
had i been taught in class i would have not ask ed this query.
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 05 February 2018
what are facts of the case. How you are connected.
mukund (Querist) 05 February 2018
answer my query . none of the expert attempted to reply. and choose to run around the bush. is this expert's forum?
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 05 February 2018
The experts of this forum are conducting charitable activity and they offer their help top those who appears to be genuinely interested.

They are not students sitting in examination hall to reply to question paper.

In this query you have not at all stated that :-

(i) which is the organisation.
(ii) who made alteration?
(iii) when made alteration?
(iv) what beenfit he could derive?
(v) what loss could he cause to someone?
(vi) when alteration was made?
(vii) when alteration was noticed?
(viii) by whom alteration was noticed?
(ix) to whom it was reported?
(x) when was reported.
mukund (Querist) 05 February 2018
what difference does it make to answer by disclosing name of the organisation? does your answer depend on who made? it?
mukund (Querist) 05 February 2018
what difference does it make to answer by disclosing name of the organization? does your answer depend on who made? it? who said you are students appearing for exam?
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 05 February 2018
what difference doe sit make if you are denied free advise.

You can pay any lawyer and get his advise

but

unfortunately he will not be able to advise you without knowing facts that too when he is addressed politely (despite charging fee).
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 05 February 2018
anyone having slightest sympathy with you may not be attempting a reply without knowing facts.
Guest (Expert) 05 February 2018
Probably, the querist believes the experts to be his slaves and himself as their master to give direction that too with arrogance.

If you can't treat them with respect, get paid service from some local lawyer. But be aware, that paid lawyer may also not tolerate your arrogant language even after charging his fee.

Deserve first and ask later. Help & charity can't be claimed as a matter of right. Contrarily, the experts have the right not to reply your query or ask any question relating to the problem for clarity purpose.

So, be humble and submissive, if you want any help from experts, but must give appropriate background of the problem, if there is any.
.
mukund (Querist) 05 February 2018
your replies raises a serious question mark on your competency
mukund (Querist) 05 February 2018
and also about your expertise
Guest (Expert) 05 February 2018
Had you been so knowledgeable to judge the competence of experts, you would not have raised such a vague question to be answered by the experts. However, when your own competence is at stake, you may feel happy with your own assumptions.
mukund (Querist) 05 February 2018
so it admitted position that you are not competent
Guest (Expert) 05 February 2018
When you don't know ABC of law, you are trying to act as judge of your own case.
mukund (Querist) 06 February 2018
you do not know even section of IPC .it is shocking that you claim yourself experts
mukund (Querist) 06 February 2018
my query was very specific, mr jigya su, which you could not answer
mukund (Querist) 06 February 2018
you are not even legal donkey. still claiming yourself as legal analysts
Guest (Expert) 07 February 2018
Your revelation is quite notable when you said, "you are not even legal donkey." I was not aware of the fact that such a category, namely, "legal donkeys" also exist in the legal profession. That means, so far I was some under wrong impression that legal profession consists of only talented professionals. If your statement is taken as correct, you seemed to have cracked a very vital & surprising information that such a specie can also be found in legal profession and you seemed to have proved so about yourself also to be of the same specie.

Anyway, thanks for your admitted declaration that I do not belong to that category. So, think about yourself. But don't expect that any type of your provocation or instigation can compel me to teach law on hypothetical academic queries, as a spoon feeding to arrogant students like you, who do not care to go through their own course material.
mukund (Querist) 07 February 2018
so assume that i am a law student? So if you do not know the answer of the query , the query becomes hypothetical academic query
Guest (Expert) 07 February 2018
If not a law student, why you have hesitated to reply questions of experts about background of the case?
mukund (Querist) 07 February 2018
since the query was very specific background has nothing to do with the answer nor answer has any correlation with a background of querist. are you detectives?
Guest (Expert) 07 February 2018
No background means no problem, but only academic question. So, you should not have expected free help of any expert, which is meant for innocent sufferers of legal problems.
Guest (Expert) 07 February 2018
So, ultimately, your own latest post has proved that yours was merely a hypothetical academic query, not your personal problem. Every personal problem has its own background. For that there is no need to become a detective.

mukund (Querist) 07 February 2018
again you are running around bush and avoiding query
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 07 February 2018
if experts chose not to reply without knoiwng facts tyhen they cannot be compelled.

This is a charitable forum.

Beggers just cannot be choosers.
Guest (Expert) 07 February 2018
Why don't you run around your own study material. Had you devoted so much time on the IPC, in search of solution to your query, as you wasted in uncalled for debate, you could have found the answer.
mukund (Querist) 07 February 2018
please disclose your academic qualification.
Guest (Expert) 07 February 2018
You can hire services of some detective to get the needed information to find, if I am illiterate. That may probably benefit you in any way.
mukund (Querist) 08 February 2018
SO YOU ARE ADMITTING THAT YOU ARE NOT lawyer by qualification. so now it is clear why you could not reply my query
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 08 February 2018
Lakhs of persons have been benefited by charitable advise from this forum.

You choose to just argue.

So far you could not get a simple advise.
Guest (Expert) 08 February 2018
You depend too much on assumptions and presumptions, why not also assume some section No. of IPC you desired to know?

Guest (Expert) 08 February 2018
@ Mr. Sudhir Kumar,

Only deserving persons can get benefited by the advice of the experts, not the persons like this fellow, who try to vainly impose himself on the experts, as like their boss. Such persons learn lessons of life only when after qualifying the exam they just hanker after client to client for their pittance in getting jobs like affidavits only to be done.

mukund (Querist) 09 February 2018
again you assuming that i am lawyer
Ms.Usha Kapoor (Expert) 12 July 2018
I agree with Sudhir Kumar
