illegal professional coaching institute in residential premises

sir,
i am residing in a residential premises and in the same building three illegal coaching institutes are running causing unidentified persons visit in entrance dead end lane purely meant for the residents,relatives,friends of two buildings. i want to stop unidentified visitors causing nuisance. pl guide what i should do and tell me how or where to report of the above illegal coaching institute running in residential area of Dehradun.

Try to sort out this problem amicably collecting some local affected persons and on failure to do so serve a legal notice followed by civil suit for injunction as municipalities generally do not act in such matters.

While allotting plots in residential localities, conditions are imposed on the allottees that they shall not use the property for any use other than residential and in case of violation, the plot shall be resumed. If there is any such condition, you may complain the authority allotting the plot and notice will be issued by the authority requiring the plot holder not to use the property for use other than residential.

For nuisance, you may either avail remedy under section 133 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 or file a civil suit under section 91 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 provided you prove that it is public nuisance.
