I got married, before marriage my moter was died, now my father wants marry so ,is there any right in my fathers land(this land came from his father and mother)
what are the rights on my father propery

Your religion is not mentioned in the query, Under the Hindu Succession(Amendment) Act, you can claim share in the property.
