Dear members,

While writing a defination of someting as per law in an exam, it is very difficult to write exactly. Example, In an exam question comes as, write a defination of "Customer" as per CCI act 2002?

What is best way of writing? Need your suggestion.

In my opinion best way to answer write exact definition as defined particular Section of the concerned Act then interpreted yourself in your own words as best you know.

A definition is a passage describing the meaning of a term , or a type of thing. The best way to answer is to write exactly the way it is given in the act.

Definition to be written in the same words which the law framers done. If you right in your own words then it is your definition
