Joint Will by Husband & Wife

Pl. advice if a couple can make a joint Will for their assests? Also pl. provide draft of a such Will and if that is not legally permited then draft for Will by individual.

Yes. Couple can make joint will and it is legally maintainable. So far as sending the copy of draft will is concerned concerned to your matter, provide the facts of the matter so that desired help may be provided to you.

Can the two adult children be made joint executioners for such a Will as there are no other suitable persons can be thought off and does one need to register the Will ? Pl. advice.
