Dear Anonymous,

In my opinion the answer is either B or C or for that purpose the place where any plausible cause of action has accrued in this regard.

Best Regards

ok thanks.

Now does case would be admitted in first class metro magistrate (MM) court or a civil court.

In Hyderabad there are many MM courts catering atleast 4 PS areas. Where as quite few civil courts.

For landed property, suit will have to be filed where the property is situated.
