Que.1.Does Arrest u/s125,126and 127 of Cr.P.C is of Civil Nature or of Criminal Nature in either of the case what would be the Bhatta Amount and who has to bear that Bhatta?

The proceedings under 125,126,127 cr.p.c are quasi civil and criminal in nature.In a.p bhatta means the petitioner shall pay bhatta into court by way of court fee to serve the notice on respondent.Generally the petitioner who filed a petition shall pay bhatta to serve notice on respondent.
