dear sir
i want gift my property to friends company can i do that what is stamp duty in bangalore

I Don't suggest such kind of transaction since it will attract Income tax to both the donor & donee.

Stamp duty is same as that for sale deed. It is about 6% of value of the property plus registration fee of 1 %. Plus a small amount of about Rs. 1,000 towards scanning, copying, etc.
