undevided share purchase

After registering the sale agreement of a plot with old house, one of the four share holders (widow with minor kids) now refuses to sell. The property is undevided. The other three are willing to sell. The unwilling person refuses for proposed partition (division). Can I register undevided share of the others and file case against her?. What best option I have?

Yes, there is no bar for transfer of undivided share. The option available would be to file case for specific performance of contract after transferring the rest portions.

Thanks a lot for all your prompt clear reply. I must say all your attitude here is changing my impression towards lawyers and judiciary. So far I was given impression by the persons here that probably I have a hopeless case since she is a widow and has minor kids and judges usually take sympathetic attitude towards such persons. Now soon I shall go ahead. Pl keep up the good work. May I know the intiators mail ID of this site. I want to bring up something similar in other field so that people at large can be benefitted immensly lime me.
