certainly bail can be granted if valid and sufficient grounds are made out.

Bail applications are main bread and butter of advocates. There are no of provsions and occaisions when when bail applications can be filed and after rejection even can be filed again before same court or go in revision.

Even convicts whose appeal is pending gets bail.
