if any one having a citation of MENKA GANDHI V/s. State..

It's all about custody of passport and constitution..

if any judgment regarding the custody of the passport..(JMFC can not pass the order for custody of passport)

Pl let me know the same..

I agree with Adv Archana. It is the famous pass port impounding case in which the constitutional bench of the supreme court of india eloboratley dealt with and interpreted the 42 nd amend ment to the constitution of India.
