know about the charitable trust

hello,
there is a hospital run by a society(trust) which is saying (registered and recognized as a charitable society under section 12 A.A.(1)(b)(i) of the Income Tax Act 1961).
the question is Can i ask for their incomes and expenditures and about how many people they have served free because i know they are not treating the poor free under RTI 2005?
can i ask them for giving the details of the staff and the salaries paid to them under the RTI 2005?
also for this RTI application in any department or organisation which come under the RTI where should i give applicatin? at their own office or any other place like information commissioner office ?
please give me detail reply for all the above three questions
