What are the legal requirements to be complied with by agencies for canvassing services?

Whether the Investigation Reports and/or material/articles/things detected will be relied by the Police Department?

Whether the Investigation Reports are legally enforceable?

Whether Police permission or licence is required to conduct the Investigation and/or detective services?

Due registration of such private detective agency is mandatory and due intimation to concerned police officials is must in such matters. There is no evidential value of such investigation.
