I am going to file civil write petition in high court. I would like to know some details
1.) How long it will take time to file the case.
2.) What is the procedure to to file the case.
3. How to handle the lawyer. Because her asking for full payment before filing case.
4.) Can i give all original documents to lawyer

dear mani there is a popular saying that 'a little knowledge is always dangerous'
you are not to handle any lawyer, you have to seek services of a lawyer.
have faith in your lawyer and let the other filing formalities be done by him only.
simply mention all the relevant and connected facts of the matter to your lawyer, dont conceal anything from your lawyer.
one more thing the correct expression is CIVIL WRIT PETITION not as u write CIVIL WRITE PETITION.
