my grandmother has a mis scheme in post office with my cousin as a joint holder.The whole money in scheme was of my grandmother .due to dispute between my grandmother and my cousin my grandmother ceased the the joint account .now after the death of my grandmother my cousin withdraws all the money from thr scheme and my grandmother made a registered will on name of my father .so you are requested to tell us whether we can go to authorities for claiming the money and if they refused to give us the money than we go to court or not

Your cousin becomes the trustee of the said scheme. He has to give the benefits to the beneficiaries named in the Will. You can aske the authorities to keep on hold the payment till the Will is probated.
