dear experts,a person is the founder managing director of a trust and now he is going to be appointed as a judge can he remain founder managing director of the trust

The founder of a trust may be called the Trustee but managing director is really unusual.
Anyway if it is private trust then he can do otherwise he can act as a trustee anymore.

let that person be out of trust now if he wishes to be a judge.

No. Such a person cannot hold any office in a trust. He has to resign from the trust.
