i m student of B.A.LL.B 3rd sem i have a "history of court" .
my problame is fedral court .what is this.plz give me a brief ans.

In India prior to the independence, we had federal courts, which later post independence is known as Supreme Court. You will get details on the net.

By the Govt.of India Act 1935 the FEDRAL COURT was set up which was follow by the present SC.
