DEAR SIR,
1)CASE IS GOING ON IF I GO AT MY WIFE'S HOUSE TO SEE THE CHILD AND TO TALK IS THERE IS ANY PROBLEM SHE CAN MAKE LIKE POLICE/IN COURT BY TAKING THE NAME OF CORRESPONDENCE
2)IF I TRY AGAIN TO TAKE HER BACK WHEN CASE IS GOING ON IS COURT WILL TAKE IT IN WRONG WAY
3)I AM ASKING YOU AS HER INTENTION IS NOT AT ALL GOOD BUT AS A FATHER OF CHILD I WANT TO SEE JUST TO SEE NOTHING ELSE.

1. There is a chance that your wife may lodge false complaint of assault or other charges against you. It is better to visit her to see the child with the order of the court.
2. Not legally but risk of lodging false complaint is there. If at all you decide to go, try to get as many people as you can with you.
3.To see the child you have to obtain the order of the court.

File a petition before the court. Court will definately order to your wife to allow you to meet your son.Further you can file the custody of your child in family court.
