I Have an unregistered Society namely
JAN KALYAN SANGHARSH SAMITI
my self holding the post of Secretary Therein.

1-Can Registrar of society force me to register this society

2 Is it voilation of any act by running this society.

3 am I offending the provision of any law in india or U.P. State

If you want to collect donations,seek IT exemptions etc.,registration is mandatory. Moreover such a registration will safeguard the welfare and interest of the society in the long run.

if u want that ur society would run even after u then registration is necessary for giving it a shape of legal entity and u'll be known as founder of the same.
