In news and same issue has been raised some years ago that Bar council of India have given directions to the Universities to shut down the evening LL.B course as It will de standardized the education as the most of the learners are already engaged in some other profession and was not serious in making the career as advocates as they wants just the degree to for their career avenues and want the white collar jobs

Quality of education or Standard attached to any profession depends upon the individual concerned. Whether you gain law degree as a Regular Scholar or Evening Scholar or even through correspondence, it all depends upon the passion and attachment to the job. At a time, pend ency of court cases is accumulating in heaps for which the main reasons are attributed to ignorance of law, it is unfair to impose an ban making our citizens law literate. As a matter of fact, study of General Laws, if introduced at school levels, it would bring all the productive results for the country. Unless, there is a law on land applicable uniform to all profession that one should not practice in more than one field of domain, this should never be imposed.
