I had booked a plot with BPTP; Faridabad. They have change of area and sought approval from applicant. Applicant did not accept change. BPTP cancelled registration and without my concent.
I need to file petition for this. Should I go to consumer court or else where. I need advice and judgments of Delhi High court in such cases.

BPTP cancelled registration and without your concent.you may read the rule of registration its is possible they give prior information/ condition may be given in papers , plz said what is your role you are appilcant ???

BPTP cancelled registration?
What is meant by registration here,
1.Registration of sale deed in registrar office
OR
2.Registration of booking/allotment of plot in vendor's office
No.1 can not be done by seller unilaterally
No.2 can be done by them, provided the vendor is empowered to do so as per the agreement
