Yes It can be admitted in evidence. There is no bar. it is covered by Sec.65 of the Indian Evidence Act.

When a Certified copy of the Judgment is available how the Xerox copy of the Judgment can be taken on record ! Xerox copy of Certified copy is also to be treated as Xerox copy - not any more.

Secondary evidence is admissible only when the primary evidence could not be produced. But the xerox copy of the court is not admissible, because the certified copy can be obtained from the court.
