I was acquited by MM and HC in a false 138 case. How much time do I get for filing cases against complainant for defamation/damages ?

As per Article 74 of the Schedule appended to the Limitation Act, 1963, limitation period for filing a suit for compensation(damages) for malicious prosecution is one year from the date when the plaintiff is acquitted or the prosecution is otherwise terminated.
