Dear sir i have filed the pittion against my husband and in laws under sec 498a/307/328/506 and 3/4 dp act but they have taken stay arrest from the HC allhabad AND now the matter has gone to the mediation centre, i want justice and sorted out this matter soon what should i do in this case if suppose they are not appear in the mediation centre or try to do the interveen of mediation centre' decision?
One thing here i also want to mention that the arrest of husband and inlawas is stayed till the mediation and court has given the order that police only investigate the case but do not attach the chargesheet?

If husband side do not come in mediation centre den bring this fact to the knowledge of HC. You should collect all the evidence in support of your allegations. You should also adopt a firm line of your action in mediation centre as well as in courts.

His refusal to attend in the mediation would be regarded as violation of the court's order and his application for quashing would take a beating.

yes your husband and in law's bail is not yet granted but stayed, go to mediation center with you facts and if they fail to appear report this to court, court will definatly take necessary decisions.

firstly i want to say thanks to all of you for your kind advise but sir here i have to raise one question more to all of you is there any way to take the earliest date from mediation centre and how? also want to know by which way i should go further, so that i can solve this issue as soon as possible because of this my parents are very disturbe
And one thing more my husband filled the pettion against me under sec 9 of hindu marriage act in family court also.

Contest case of u/s 9 H.M. act in court.Don't be in hurry.Proceedins of mediation centre would be compleated well in time as the matter has already examined by High Court.

Dear sir
i come to know that my husband and inlaws are not intresed for compromise and they are trying for late date which is come from the mediation centre sir plz guide me what should i do because neither they respond my call nor give me a ring plz save my marriage and also let me know by which way i can punish my inlaws through court because they are trying for the remarriage of my husband and i dont want divorce
